What is the best type of filtration system for a 80 gallon saltwater FOWLR aquarium(Besides a protein skimmer)?

What is the best for a 80 gallon and can support puffers, and lion fish, and triggerfish, and other big fish that I cant have now because they die of bad water condition.( which they have, no matter how often I make water changes)

What do you think of a Hagen FLUVAL FX5 Canister Fish Aquarium Filter?
Or 2 Fluval 405 A216 340 GPH Canister Filter?
Which ever is beater.

i plan on getting 1 or 2 bamboo sharks and compatible fish. can i put a sea urchin in or will it get eaten?

Saltwater Fish Compatibility?

Last in a 34 gallon before I have to upgrade?
I will not be able to upgrade for 10 months due to money issues BUT after that period I WILL be able to buy a much larger aquarium.

My Water parameters are great!

the Nitrites are 0,
the Nitrates are 0,
the Ammonia is 0,
the pH is 8.3,

I have an over sized external filter, a good protein skimmer, and lots of live rock.
I do a 10-25% water change every week and sift the sand every day and clean the glass every other day, I clean the filter once a month, and feed a very varied diet.

Is this OK?

alright all good info so far so if i wanted to go with the more aggressive fish i could do the maroon clown and the dwarf lionfish is there any other fish that are compatible with these two and would 2 be about all i could have with that size tank. if i wanted to go with the peaceful fish how many could i put and i really like the flame angel and the hawkfish what else could go with these and what kind of clowns wouldnt bully these guys
sorry i didnt see the two clowns you listed for the peaceful fish. im not a fan of the goby or the grammas what else is there that could go with the hawk fish and the flame angel. also if i get the snowflake eel is that all that could go in the tank?
