there are lots of fish in this list and it will take someone a long time to say salt or fresh to all of them also there are a lot of fish that can be both, like you just say shark, there are fresh and salt water sharks as well as angels. try googling them
Those are all saltwater fishes, although there are freshwater species with the same names as some of them, such as angelfish, cardinal, eel, butterflyfish, shark, etc.
Some of these groups of fish also include both freshwater and saltwater species. Some examples are gobies, rays, puffers, and pipefish.
