hey hold on for a second!!! are you a beginner marine tank keeper!?!?!? the lionfish and triggerfish are for experienced keepers! i would honestly get 2 banggai cardinalfish and 2 percula clown fish and 1 chalk basslet in a 30gallon nano tank. mantis shrimp? well i don’t know much about mantis shrimp so i will leave that for the rest of the answerers.
i dont know about the first but if the store keepers say that they can be kept in all one tank then yes if not get number 2
it all depends if you are a novice at taking care of a saltwater tank cause to be honest alot of those fish are really hard to take care of i would start out with a with a tank from 10 to 30 gallons get peacefull easy fish like clownfish, chromis, anthias, blennies, gobies and mony more a good website to visit is live aquaria
I’d go for number one. most species tanks require too much creativity
since you are experienced i say go for the first one that would be a very pretty saltwater tank but would be hard to take care of
