The best thing you can do is just separate them from tanks . Your Lionfish is going through distress at the moment If he is breathing heavily and his swimming activity is low . Good luck !!!
Put him in another tank.
There is isn’t much you can do but wait, and hope he survives.
I’m sure there are products for marine tanks to help heal fish.
